Acceptable Use Policy
This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) applies to everyone who uses the QinoGlobal platform, the public website at qinoglobal.com, or any other service we provide. The AUP exists to keep our platform safe, legal, and reputable for every operator and every end user.
Violations of this AUP may result in suspension or termination of access to our services, and where appropriate, referral to law enforcement.
1. Lawful use
You must not use our services to violate any applicable law in any jurisdiction in which you operate or where your end users are located. Operators on our platform are individually responsible for holding the licenses required for their activities and for honouring the regulatory regime that applies to them.
2. Prohibited content and conduct
You must not use our services to send, store, host, or transmit:
- Content that infringes intellectual property rights.
- Content that is defamatory, obscene, harassing, or that promotes violence or discrimination.
- Material that exploits or endangers minors.
- Malware, ransomware, or any other malicious code.
- Content that facilitates the illegal sale of regulated goods such as firearms, controlled substances, or counterfeit items.
- Phishing pages, credential-harvesting kits, or other deceptive content designed to defraud.
3. Email integrity
QinoGlobal sends transactional and (where opted in) marketing email through Amazon SES. The following rules apply to every message sent through our infrastructure — by us or by any tenant on our platform:
- Permission required. You may only send email to recipients who have explicitly opted in or who have an existing account / business relationship that justifies a transactional message.
- Honest sender identity. The From, Reply-To, and envelope addresses must accurately identify the sender. Using third-party brand names or look-alike domains is prohibited.
- Honest subject lines. Subject lines must reflect the content of the message. Misleading or click-bait subjects are prohibited.
- Authentication. All sending domains must be configured with SPF, DKIM, and DMARC. We block sending from domains that fail authentication.
- Unsubscribe. Every marketing email must contain a one-click unsubscribe link and a postal or contact address. We process unsubscribes immediately and never re-add suppressed recipients.
- Bounces and complaints. Recipients who bounce or complain are added to a suppression list automatically. Operators may not attempt to bypass that list.
- List hygiene. You may not buy, scrape, append, rent, or otherwise acquire lists of recipients without their permission.
- Volume changes. Sudden, large changes in sending volume must be coordinated with the QinoGlobal team in advance.
4. Platform integrity
You must not:
- Probe, scan, or attempt to breach the security of the platform or any other tenant.
- Disrupt service for other operators or end users.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from our binaries, models, or interfaces.
- Interfere with audit logs, suppression lists, or any other integrity-critical record.
5. Reporting abuse
If you believe an email, tenant, or service running on QinoGlobal infrastructure is violating this AUP, please email abuse@qinoglobal.com with as much detail as you can share — the original message including full headers is especially helpful. We acknowledge every report within one business day and pursue every report to a documented resolution.
6. Enforcement
We respond to AUP violations proportionately. Minor or accidental breaches typically result in a warning and a remediation request. Severe, repeated, or malicious breaches result in immediate suspension and may be referred to law enforcement.
7. Changes
We may update this AUP as the platform and the threat landscape evolve. The current version always lives at this URL.
