Email preferences & unsubscribe
We respect every recipient's inbox. If you no longer want to receive email from QinoGlobal, or from an operator that runs on the QinoGlobal platform, this page explains how to opt out — and what happens after you do.
1. Opting out of QinoGlobal email
To unsubscribe from email sent directly by QinoGlobal (corporate announcements, partnership updates, platform news), email unsubscribe@qinoglobal.com from the address you want to suppress, or use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email you received from us. We process every request within minutes.
2. Opting out of operator email
If you received email from an operator that runs on the QinoGlobal platform, the unsubscribe link in that email is the fastest way to stop receiving marketing from them. The link is processed by the QinoGlobal platform suppression system, which honours the unsubscribe immediately and prevents the operator from re-adding the suppressed address.
If you cannot find the unsubscribe link, or if the operator's unsubscribe is not working, please email abuse@qinoglobal.com with a copy of the message (including full headers if possible) and we will suppress your address platform-wide and follow up with the operator.
3. What stays after you unsubscribe
Unsubscribing from marketing does not stop transactional email — for example, password resets, security alerts, billing receipts, and legal notices about your account. These messages are part of the service we (or an operator) is contractually obliged to provide.
4. How we keep your unsubscribe honoured
- Every unsubscribed address is added to a platform-wide suppression list. The list is checked before every send; messages to suppressed addresses are dropped automatically.
- Suppression entries are immutable from the operator side. An operator cannot “reset” or “reactivate” a suppressed address from their tooling — only QinoGlobal can, and only on the recipient's explicit re-opt-in.
- Bounces and complaint reports from Amazon SES are added to the same suppression list automatically.
5. Reporting abuse
If you believe a sender on our platform is ignoring your unsubscribe, or is sending email you never asked for, please report it to abuse@qinoglobal.com. Every report is acknowledged within one business day and pursued to a documented resolution.
