These Terms govern your use of the QinoGlobal corporate website at qinoglobal.com (the “Site”) and any related materials we publish. Use of the QinoGlobal SaaS platform by an operator is governed by a separate master services agreement; these Terms apply only to visitors of the public Site.
1. Acceptance
By accessing the Site you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy and Acceptable Use Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
2. Site purpose
The Site is informational. It describes who QinoGlobal is and what the platform does. It does not itself offer any product, service, wager, game of chance, or financial transaction. Operators using the platform serve their players through their own branded properties, not through this Site.
